Like a number of other Lilwalls, Shock comes from an alternate reality and is trapped within this one. He fairly quiet most of the time, with little to say until something sparks his interest. He is generally friendly, yet has no trouble telling things like they are as he either dislikes, or can't be bothered, to sugar coat things. Shock isn't above playing jokes on others now and then, sometimes zapping a comrade with a small beam of electricity when they least expect it. He enjoys the freedom that flying brings him, and spends a great deal of his free time in jet form just flying any and everywhere. The alternate universe Shock comes from was ruled by Decepticons and conflict was always present between them and those who stood against them. Shock is happy knowing his new found reality is in better shape, and fights with everything he has when called to battle so that this universe does not suffer a similar fate.

In robot mode, Shock is equipped with two arm mounted EMP rifles. He has decent agility in this form, no doubt thanks to his years surviving in a death zone he once called home. In jet form, he can reach a speed of mach 2, and has excellent maneuverability. He is armed with EMP rifles, missiles and static bombs. In either mode, he can charge his body with a massive static electric charge, making him lethal to touch.
